Course Overview

The Department of Telugu at Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts & Science College for Women’s was established in the year 1999. Since its inception, the department has been actively organizing various academic and cultural programmes and has been progressing successfully. The students of the department participate enthusiastically in all activities and show great interest in promoting the Telugu language and literature.

The department has achieved several milestones by organizing the first inter-collegiate competitions, the first inter-departmental competitions, and the first international conference. Through these initiatives, the department has achieved remarkable success and academic excellence. Over the years, many students have secured University ranks, bringing pride and recognition to the department.

These achievements and efforts have inspired many and have also received appreciation from academic circles and the media. The continuous dedication of the faculty and the active participation of the students have made the Department of Telugu a centre of inspiration and academic growth.
