The Journey Begins: Orientation & LIC Job Awareness
The journey begins with an Orientation Program for final year students towards placement registration, setting clear directions for their final year. On June 27, 2025, the consortium conducted a highly informative LIC Job Awareness Program, designed to enlighten students about wide-ranging career prospects within the insurance sector and to guide them towards promising professional pathways.
Skill Development MoU: Tech Mahindra & Aide et Action
We had signed an MoU with Aide et Action to introduce a skill development course. In collaboration with Tech Mahindra, students were trained in two vital verticals: Tally and Web Designing, equipping them with industry-relevant expertise. This is the CSR initiative of Tech Mahindra collaborated with international NGO AIDE ET ACTION, bringing global standards of skill training straight to the campus.
Workshops and Professional Branding
The consortium conducts workshops on topics such as resume building and guides the placement students on creating a professional LinkedIn profile for further enhancing employability. Regular training and certifications are provided to the placement students on increasing the level of employability.
Campus Drives and Placements
Stand-alone and pooled campus drives are organised to strengthen placements. The students are also encouraged to attend off-campus drives and interviews. The consortium actively looks into enhancing the employability level and ensures that every student receives their offer letter before leaving the campus.
