- XI Mark Statement
- XII Mark Statement(if you have)
- Community Certificate must for SC/ST/SCA
Candidates must pay Application fee Rs. 200 for General Candidates and Rs. 100 for SC/ST Candidates.
PG Application
Kindly keep the following documents,
- Passport size photo
- XII Mark Statement
- All five Semester Mark Statements
- Sixth Semester Mark Statement (if you have)
- Community Certificate must for SC/ST/SCA
