Dr. K. Lakshmi, Head, Department of Tamil was honoured for the work of Translation on the topic ‘Anjal Thuraiyil Pengal ‘ from English to Tamil in January 2022.

Selvi  Ms. N.V Pooja, Bcom Student achieved World Record  in  Silambam stick rotation standing on a double mud pot for 2 hrs 2 minutes 2 sec .

Selvi. K. Nisha, B.Com Student received Encouragement prize as Rs.1000 in State Level School and College Students Competition “Thirukural Oviya Potti 2021-2022” organized by Tamil Valarchi Thurai matrum Tamil Iniaya Kalvi Kazhagam.

Selvi Ms. S. Malathi B.Com Student won Gold & Silver Medal in International level Kickboxing  Championship at Nepal.

Selvi  S. Bhuvana Sankari, B.Com Student  Alumni of SKPC received the Big Red National Entrepreneur Award -2022.

Hello FM conducted Inter collegiate cultural events “ Kalluri Galatta” on 29.09.2015 in which students of Department of Maths has won the 1st prize and a cash award of Rs.25,000 among the 20 participated colleges.

State Government of Tamil Nadu Conducted Oratorical Competition “Gandhiyin Vazhikayil Nadaipetra Suvayana Sambavangal” on 16.09.2015 P.R.Priyadarshini II B.Com., A won 1st Prize.

Indian Red Cross Society Tamil Nadu branch Awarded “Certificate of Appreciation” for the best Performance in Youth Red Cross Movement.

Indian Red Cross Society Tamil Nadu branch conferred “Best Principal” award to Dr. T. Mohanashree.

Ms. S. Kavitha, III B.Com., ‘A’, Rotaract Club President has been awarded for the Best Presentation of the Club Projects under group II Clubs by the District Rotaract Council.

Ms. S. Kavitha, III B.Com., ‘A’, Rotaract Club President has been recognized by the District Rotaract Council for supporting the Guinness Record Project My Flag My India.
